Job Description

Salt Marsh Pediatric Therapy is a growing pediatric therapy practice passionate about helping children build communication, feeding, and functional life skills through individualized, relationship-based care. In addition to traditional weekly therapy services, our clinic offers intensive therapy programs designed to create meaningful progress through focused, high-frequency intervention. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and help support both traditional therapy sessions and intensive therapy programs. Position Overview This role includes providing comprehensive pediatric speech-language services in both a traditional outpatient setting and intensive therapy model. Ideal candidates are flexible, collaborative, child-centered clinicians who enjoy building strong relationships with families and thinking creatively to support meaningful outcomes. The therapist will evaluate and treat children with a variety of communication and feeding needs while collaborating closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members. Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients Deliver therapy in both: Traditional weekly therapy sessions Intensive therapy formats (multiple sessions per week/day) Treat a variety of pediatric diagnoses and needs, including: Speech sound disorders Language delays/disorders AAC Social communication Feeding/swallowing challenges Autism spectrum disorder Developmental delays Maintain timely and compliant documentation Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration Assist in developing creative, engaging therapy activities Support a positive and family-centered clinic culture Qualifications Required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CF applicants may be considered Passion for working with children and families Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience in pediatric outpatient or private practice settings Experience or interest in: Feeding therapy AAC Sensory-based treatment approaches Intensive therapy models Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment What We Offer Flexible scheduling options Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship Continuing education support The opportunity to help shape and grow innovative pediatric intensive programs Ideal Candidate You are: Energetic, creative, and child-led in your approach Passionate about making therapy fun and functional Comfortable adapting therapy intensity based on patient needs Excited to be part of a growing pediatric practice A team player who values family involvement and meaningful outcomes
