Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Successful experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred Strong understanding of assessment techniques, intervention strategies, and IEP development Ability to collaborate positively with teachers, staff, and families Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapies for students with varying needs Maintain and document individual caseload for elementary-aged students in compliance with school and state policies Develop and participate in IEP meetings, communicating assessments, progress, and recommendations with parents and educational professionals Consult with teachers and other school personnel to integrate therapy into daily routines Act as a resource to the school, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
