Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students in a vibrant educational environment near Snellville, GA. This full-time, onsite assignment runs until late May 2027, offering an engaging caseload as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on helping young learners reach their fullest communication potential. Your expertise will be vital in providing assessments and direct therapy, collaborating closely with educators and families, and contributing to a supportive, student-centered atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license for the state of Georgia Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours/week) Familiarity working with elementary-age caseloads is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out evaluations and design speech-language interventions for elementary students Deliver individual and group therapy sessions following IEP guidelines Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic student support Adapt strategies to fit diverse learning needs and promote positive student outcomes In this role, youll work alongside dedicated education professionals in a fast-paced, meaningful school community.
