Job Description

Job Overview Austin's Speech Club LLC is seeking motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (CFY and CCC-SLP) to provide services in a supportive school-based setting in Georgia. Opportunities are available for in-person (elementary) and virtual or in-person (middle/high school) placements. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients, including early intervention cases Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on speech therapy techniques, physiology, and anatomy knowledge Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent progress and support Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy strategies as needed based on assessment outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards Educate families on speech development milestones, medical terminology, and effective communication strategies Skills Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech and language disorders Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to working with children and their families Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and interpreting results accurately Familiarity with early intervention practices and developmental milestones in pediatrics Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences Flexibility in scheduling and work environment preferences to support work-life balance This exciting opportunity empowers you to utilize your expertise in speech therapy within a flexible framework that prioritizes quality patient care.
