9440810-30577 Job Description Step into a fulfilling, school-based contract role supporting students in grades K5, providing essential speech therapy services in specialized ASD and Severe/Profound classroom settings. As a valued member of the team, youll make a true impact in the lives of students, engaging in direct therapy, collaborative IEP meetings, and ongoing progress monitoring throughout the school year, with the potential to extend into 20252026. Flexibility is offered with both full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) and part-time options available.
Key Qualifications:
Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license required Georgia Educator Certificate required Open to Clinical Fellows supportive environment for early-career SLPs School-based experience preferred; experience with ASD or severe classroom caseloads a plus Must be available for onsite services only Reliable transportation required Strong documentation and progress monitoring skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech-language pathology services to students in K5 ASD and severe/profound classrooms Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators and families Accurately complete progress reports and Medicaid billing Maintain thorough and compliant records Contribute to a team-oriented, student-focused environment Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administration The position begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the current school year, with opportunities to remain for the following year.
