We're looking for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team serving infants and toddlers in a home-based setting. This role follows a Primary Service Provider / Coaching model , giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships with families and empower them to support their child's development every day. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Conduct developmental evaluations (e.g., BDI 3rd edition, DAY-C 2nd edition) Develop individualized service plans, and set meaningful and functional goals Provide coaching and guidance to families in their natural environment Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team Complete documentation and reports in a timely manner

Requirements:

A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology with Clinical Competence Certificate and Hawaii SLP License. Will also consider applicants seeking CFY. Require access to a car daily and proof of insurance and a valid driver's license Experience with infants and toddlers highly preferred. CF may be considered with related practicum experience.
