School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Ewa Beach, Hawaii ProCare Therapy - 3.9 'Ewa Beach, HI Job Details Full-time | Contract $34.42 - $64.42 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Shape the communication skills and confidence of K-12 students by supporting them as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting. This full-time contract position offers the chance to work with diverse students, ranging from elementary through high school, to help them overcome speech and language challenges and reach their full academic and social potential. What we're looking for: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid and active state licensure as required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered Previous experience in a school environment is beneficial, though motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Ability to connect with students at all grade levels (K-12) and adapt techniques accordingly Skilled in IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliant documentation Key responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech-language and communication disorders within the school setting Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Deliver direct and consultative therapy, both individual and group, to K-12 students Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student-support teams Maintain thorough and compliant documentation on student progress and interventions Advocate for students' needs, helping bridge communication gaps and supporting academic growth This position enables you to make a meaningful difference each day, working alongside passionate educators dedicated to student success.
