$55,000 - $65,000 annually - depending on experience We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a property management team. This role provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to help ensure commercial properties are maintained efficiently and tenants receive exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and general property-related matters. Coordinate and track maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor services. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, vendors, and clients. Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and other communications. Maintain organized property, tenant, vendor, and contract records. Assist with tracking lease-related documentation and critical dates. Review and process invoices, maintain supporting documentation, and coordinate with accounting personnel. Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and other financial administrative tasks. Support property inspections and help document operational, maintenance, and safety matters. Coordinate vendor access, service scheduling, and collection of required documentation. Assist with reporting, data management, and maintenance of property management systems. Provide administrative support for special projects and property improvement initiatives. #RemedyHIDirectHire Qualifications Previous administrative experience required; experience in property management, real estate, facilities, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service mindset with a professional and positive approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment. Experience with property management or accounting software is a plus.
