Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Proven experience working in a K-12 school environment is preferred Strong organizational abilities, including managing student records and registration processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with education software and documentation standards Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students requiring speech-language services Design and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions Track progress and maintain accurate, confidential student records Oversee school registration procedures, ensuring compliance with district policies Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Manage documentation and reporting in a timely and organized manner
