Qualifications & Experience Desired:
Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Prior experience in a school setting is a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Adaptability and eagerness to learn in diverse environments
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions to students with speech, language, or communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed Maintain documentation and participate in IEP or team meetings
