1 Description American Traveler seeks an Inpatient Speech-Language Pathologist for a rehab unit in Sioux City, IA, open to new graduates and offering a compact license option. Details Inpatient rehab unit setting 5x8 day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible 4x10 schedule Voluntary weekend requirements No on-call requirements May float within discipline across local campuses Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active IA state license required (license required if applicable) Compact license accepted CPR certification required BLS certification required Mandatory reporter certification required New grads welcome to apply Prior travel contract experience preferred Epic EMR experience preferred Valid driver's license required for consideration One supervisory reference required, completed within 2 years of employment or contract Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission required Additional Information Contributes professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team Provides and manages patient care within scope of practice First-time travelers will be considered Candidates must not have been employed by the facility within the past 12 months Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility Facility operates as a Level 3 trauma center May be required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
