Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Current Idaho Speech-Language Pathologist License SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) certification required Prior experience working with school-aged children is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language services onsite, serving a caseload of 15-20 students per week Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and document student progress accurately Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support for students Provide guidance, advocacy, and education to students, families, and staff Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student programming Stay abreast of best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
