Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our small, therapist owned private practice . This is currently a part time role with opportunity to grow to full time. The ideal candidate will provide expert assessment and therapy services to patients with speech, language, and communication disorders. The Speech-Language Pathologist will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. Family centered care is essential. Parents are encouraged to attend all therapy sessions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to diagnose communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide speech therapy interventions for children ages 2-18 Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Educate patients and their families about communication disorders and strategies for improvement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology relevant to patient care. Experience Must have

ASHA CCC

Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and early intervention programs. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to speech, language and literacy disorders. Strong understanding of patient care principles specific to speech-language pathology. A strong candidate will have varied experience supporting pediatric speech and language disorders, including but not limited to: language delay, speech delay, AAC, stuttering, oral and written language, literacy. Candidates need not have all experience, as we are willing to support continued education and training for the right SLP who joins our team. An idea candidate will be currently credentialed with insurance through the CAQH process, indicating prior private practice experience.
