Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting students for the upcoming school year as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This position offers a unique schedule of 2.5 days (20 hours) per week, perfectly suited to professionals seeking a flexible work-life balance. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Current state licensure or eligibility Experience in school-based settings highly preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to supporting diverse student populations Passion for fostering student growth and achievementRole Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their IEP goals Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student learning Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Provide support and resources to families regarding communication development Taking this contract position means playing an essential part in a community where your skills have been in high demand.
