Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement age-appropriate treatment programs tailored to patients' physical disabilities and rehabilitation needs Modify treatment plans to maximize functional status and support discharge planning efforts Perform administrative duties including documentation and participation in performance improvement initiatives Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to facility protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license for Idaho (must be attached with submission) Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (must be attached) Minimum of 2 years recent hospital-based occupational therapy experience, preferably with acute rehab exposure Proficient in clinical evaluations, treatment planning, and patient-centered interventions Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hospital environment
