Desired Qualifications:

Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Idaho Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working in school settings is highly preferred Skilled in teletherapy platforms for virtual service delivery Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Passion for supporting student success through individualized interventions

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students K-12, both in-person and via teletherapy, based on student needs Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educational teams Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings to share progress and make recommendations Offer consultation, training, and support to teachers and families regarding speech and language development Adapt therapy and materials for a diverse student population using evidence-based practices
