Northwestern Illinois Association seeks a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist-Bilingual Spanish to deliver school-based services across member districts. The SLP will assess and treat speech, language, and communication needs for diverse learners, contribute to IEP development, and collaborate closely with teachers, related service staff, and families. This role supports multiple school sites, requires strong Spanish-English skills, and offers ongoing professional development within a collaborative, student-centered special education cooperative. Responsibilities Provide bilingual Spanish-English speech and language assessments for students in member school districts Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings, contributing evaluation results and treatment recommendations Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and related service providers on intervention plans Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with special education regulations Communicate regularly with families and caregivers, providing strategies for home support Travel between assigned schools within the cooperative's service area Use culturally responsive practices to support diverse learners, including Spanish-speaking students Support
