Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Full-Time | School-Based Get Savvy with Your Job Selection! Select Savvy is seeking dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities across multiple locations in Illinois. In this role, you will collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to help students achieve their communication and learning goals in supportive educational environments. What We Offer Free CEUs to keep your skills current Weekly pay for consistency and convenience Professional development stipend Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Wellness program to support your personal well-being Opportunities available in multiple school settings throughout Illinois Requirements Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (required) Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred, if applicable CCC-SLP preferred CF/CFY candidates and new graduates with appropriate credentials are encouraged to apply School-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate records, reports, and required documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions Ensure compliance with state and federal educational regulations
