Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your dedication to communication development to a dynamic and welcoming educational environment supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. We are seeking talented Speech-Language Pathologists for contract opportunities during the 2026-2027 school year. Collaborate with caring educational teams and help students find their voices across elementary, middle, and high school settings. With three positions available and a consistent weekly schedule, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students at every grade level.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12. Assess communication skills and develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress. Maintain documentation and track student outcomes in compliance with state and district guidelines. Offer consultative services for staff and parents around communication needs. Support and guide SLP-CFY candidates and actively participate in professional development.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP Endorsement. Previous experience in school-based settings at any grade level is valued. Strong assessment, intervention, and organizational skills. Compassionate communicator and effective collaborator. Comfortable supporting a diverse caseload within a school community. Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY).
