Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Valid and current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working with K-8 students, ideally in a school-based or pediatric setting Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a cross-categorical caseload, including students with a wide range of needs Collaborative approach and passion for working on multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-8 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Engage with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student progress Deliver therapy services that address articulation, language, voice, fluency, and social communication Monitor and document student performance, maintaining thorough records Provide consultation and support to school staff and families This full-time, 35-hour-per-week position allows you to make a meaningful difference while building strong professional relationships.
