Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners by providing speech-language services in a dynamic school-based setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist passionate about supporting PreK-2nd grade students' communication development. Working 2-3 days a week, you'll collaborate closely with educators and families to help each child reach their fullest potential.

Skills and Experience Sought:

Current certification as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state Experience in school-based settings supporting students with diverse abilities Familiarity with pediatric therapy, including PreK-2nd grade caseloads Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, support staff, and families Experience with teletherapy, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and/or as an SLPA a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to students in small groups or individually, both onsite and virtually as appropriate Draft, review, and update IEPs to reflect student progress and needs Work alongside general educators and staff to foster inclusive, supportive classrooms Regularly assess and monitor student progress through evidence-based practices Adjust interventions and collaborate with school teams and families for best student outcomes This contract role offers a pay range of $45-60 per hour for qualified candidates, reflecting your expertise and commitment to student success.
