Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. State SLP licensure (or eligibility). Pediatric experience in school settings, including early childhood and elementary populations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable adapting to diverse caseloads and student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students across K12. Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams. Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to each students strengths. Communicate progress and treatment strategies with parents, teachers, and support staff. Document services and maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations.
