Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license in Illinois Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Fluency in both English and Spanish required Previous experience or clinical training in K-5th grade school settings Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-5 students Provide direct speech-language therapy, both individual and small group, targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and interventions Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Partner with educators and families to support students communication and academic success Adhere to school policies and state guidelines regarding special education services Working here means making a difference each day and expanding your expertise in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere.
