Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in school settings strongly preferred Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong communication and organizational abilities Enthusiasm for working with students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, as outlined in IEPs Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, administrators, and other support staff Document therapy progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Provide input and resources to help integrate language interventions within the classroom Stay up to date on best practices and compliance standards in school-based therapy This contract opportunity provides a dynamic workday where every interaction helps empower students to reach their full potential.
