As a Speech-Language Pathologist, youll provide direct support for a dedicated special education program, working alongside passionate educators and support staff.

Key Qualifications:

Holds a current Illinois SLP license and PEL (be ready to provide a screenshot upon application) SLP-CCC credentials or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates will be considered Experience or strong interest in working in an elementary, special education setting Committed to attending New Hire Orientation (scheduled tentatively for 8/12-8/14) Available to work part-time onsite for 7 hours per week during the academic year Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

What Youll Do:

Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of nine K-2 students Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other professionals to support IEP goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor and document student progress, adjusting approaches to meet each child's needs Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school community This position is perfect for SLPs seeking a manageable caseload and the ability to focus their expertise on meaningful, individualized interventions.
