Position Highlights:
SLP needed for Special Education in Lake County Part-time, 7 hours per week K-2 student caseload of 9 Onsite role, located near
Grayslake, IL Term:
2026-2027 academic year (dates tentative), with new hire orientation August 1214
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required (submit screenshots for verification) Experience in school-based settings preferred; strong CFs considered Ability to work collaboratively in an onsite-only environment Committed to supporting the communication needs of K-2 students
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct SLP services to a K-2 caseload Complete necessary assessments, IEP development, and documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Support student progress and communication goals in a special education setting Enjoy the flexibility, enrichment, and adventure travel assignments provide while making a difference in young lives.
