Bilingual School Speech-Language Pathologist | Remainder of 25-26 & 26-27 School Year | Lake Villa, IL | Up to $70/hour Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Bilingual School Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2025-2026 and for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year in Lake Villa, IL. School Year Service Area:

Student evaluations, therapy sessions, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration Must be Bilingual in Spanish! Your Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Provide individual and group therapy sessions Prepare and participate in IEP meetings Complete and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with school special education teams and attend staff meetings What We're Looking For Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license or willingness to acquire ASAP Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP Bilingual, can evaluate and treat in Spanish Preferred to have ESL endorsement Strong skills in speech and language assessment and intervention Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits: medical, dental, vision
