Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Experience in pediatric settings and working with early childhood, elementary, and/or adolescent students Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement therapy for K12 students with varied speech and language needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and legal standards Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student on your caseload Provide support and resources to families and education staff
