Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students' communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to a varied caseload of elementary and intermediate-aged students Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and functional success Offer guidance to families and teachers regarding strategies for communication support in the classroom and at home Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to team decisions
