Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure for Illinois or eligibility CCC-SLP certification required Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across age groups Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for students with communication challenges Participate in IEP meetings and support parent/guardian engagement Document all services and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
