We keep our team small on purpose. Our therapists work closely together, know each other's patients, and build real relationships with the families they see. About the position We're hiring a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist for approximately 20 treatment hours per week with an opportunity to grow. This position is opening because one of our longtime SLPs is relocating, and we want to provide a smooth transition for the children and families she currently serves. You will step into an established caseload. This is a strong fit if you want a manageable caseload, a consistent schedule, and the chance to really get to know the children and families you work with over time. What the position involves You will provide one-on-one speech-language therapy to pediatric clients across a range of communication needs, including articulation and phonological disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, receptive and expressive language, social communication, literacy, and executive functioning. You will also complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, collaborate with parents and caregivers, and keep documentation current. Since we are a small practice, collaboration comes naturally. You will work alongside our other SLPs and OT. What we are looking for Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license required Pediatric experience preferred Feeding experience and/or motor speech experience preferred Experience with motor speech approaches such as PROMPT, DTTC, or Kaufman is especially welcome What we offer $43.00-$52.00 per treatment visit, based on experience Consistent weekly schedule with flexibility Well-equipped sensory gym space Private treatment rooms A small, supportive team of SLPs and OT Mentorship and opportunities for professional development Benefits may include: Paid time off Continuing education assistance Health stipend Benefit eligibility varies based on employment status and hours worked.
