Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) — verification required Experience working in school settings, preferably with high school students Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Document progress and maintain compliance with all state and district requirements Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student learning outcomes Maintain regular communication with families and school staff Participate in team meetings, professional development, and district initiatives
