This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing assistance with vehicle displays, vehicle inventory management, and customer interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry. The annual compensation for this role ranges from $32,000 to $35,000, and is paid weekly. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on dealership products and services.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot by regularly washing and detailing vehicles Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by retrieving and prepping the vehicles in a timely manner Assist with vehicle displays, including rotating and positioning vehicles in the showroom and lot Keep track of vehicle inventory and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the sales team Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate salesperson Help maintain a positive and professional work environment by following company policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the showroom and lot Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed
