At Marissa Bennett Consulting, speech therapy is an integral part of our interdisciplinary care model. Our Speech-Language Pathologists work alongside BCBAs, OTs, developmental therapists, educators, and a collaborative leadership team to provide individualized, evidence-based care that supports the whole child. We're looking for an experienced pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys thinking critically, values evidence-based practice, and wants the autonomy to make sound clinical decisions while being part of a supportive team. Our caseload includes a mix of daytime and after-school clients, providing greater flexibility than many traditional outpatient pediatric settings. What You'll Do Complete comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, AAC, and feeding skills. Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice and each child's unique strengths. Provide engaging, functional intervention for: Articulation and phonological disorders, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Receptive and expressive language and gestalt language processing, Social communication, AAC assessment and intervention, Pediatric feeding disorders Partner closely with families through education, coaching, and collaborative goal setting. Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, whole-child care. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
