Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Hold a valid SLP license for the state of Illinois Possess PEL (Professional Educator License) Certification CCC-SLP certification preferred Proven experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings (K-12) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse student populations Organized, flexible, and able to manage caseloads efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in grades 3 through 12, both individually and in small groups Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and write detailed, tailored reports Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design and adjust individualized education programs (IEPs) Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and relevant communications Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions
