9/29/2026 The Opportunity Looking for a school-based OT position that keeps your week interesting? A school district in Oswego, IL needs an Occupational Therapist right away. You'll split your time between a neighborhood elementary school and a large high school, supporting students at very different stages of their development. The contract runs from an ASAP start through the end of the school year. What You'll Do Provide direct and consultative OT services to students based on their IEP goals Complete evaluations and re-evaluations, and help the IEP team set meaningful, measurable goals Support fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional school skills at the elementary level Help high school students build independence, daily living skills, and readiness for life after graduation Partner with teachers, special education staff, therapists, and families to carry over strategies in the classroom Keep timely, accurate documentation in line with district and state requirements Your Caseload Students at both the elementary and high school levels Specific disability types will be shared as the assignment is finalized What We're Looking For Active Illinois OTR license Why This Assignment Stands Out Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Consistent schedule with set days at each school Chance to grow your skills across two age groups Quick start available Clear end date at the close of the school year Compensation for this position ranges from $30.00 to $55.00.
