Qualifications & Requirements:

Current Illinois SLP License (required) Any additional state or district-mandated credentials (such as Professional Educator License if applicable) Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Commitment to onsite work within the local school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for elementary students Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in both individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records and compliance with all state and school policies Participate in meetings and share insights to enhance student learning outcomes
