Job Description

Make a real difference in the lives of young learners by supporting students communication skills in a vibrant elementary school environment. This full-time, onsite contract position spans November through March and is dedicated to serving approximately 40 students from PreK through 4th grade. You'll also play a key role in conducting new evaluations and participating in the MTSS/problem-solving process.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Active Illinois SLP License Professional Educator License (PEL) required Experience with elementary-aged students (PreK4) is highly valued Familiarity with MTSS or similar problem-solving models preferred Effective collaboration and communication skills Ability to manage caseload documentation and scheduling responsibly
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to students in PreK4 Conduct comprehensive evaluations for early childhood and K4 students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and MTSS teams to support student growth Develop, implement, and track progress toward IEP goals Contribute expertise to MTSS/problem-solving meetings Maintain accurate documentation of services, outcomes, and compliance Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and state/district guidelines As part of your contract, youll enjoy competitive weekly pay, health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
