Qualifications & Skills:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Illinois Experience working within school settings, supporting PreK12 students Strong communication and organizational abilities Compassionate, team-oriented approach with a dedication to student progress

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and administer Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver targeted therapy sessions in individual and group formats Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in school meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team efforts
