Full Job Description Work Schedule & Time Off School Year:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (7.5 hours per day) Summer Schedule (6 weeks): Monday-Thursday, Fridays off

Breaks & Holidays:

Two 2-week summer breaks (late May and late July) 1-week spring break 1-week Thanksgiving break 2-week winter break All major holidays off

General Duties:

Responsibilities of the

GLA Speech-Language Pathologist:

Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students' IEPs (groups and individuals). Provide in-person group and individual speech therapy sessions based on individual goals. Conduct assessments, translate and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech/articulation, fluency, pragmatics, language, and AAC. Develop, monitor, and report on goals; determine needs, design interventions utilizing research-based best practices. Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings.
