Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Wauconda, IL Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Wauconda, Illinois for the upcoming school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside a collaborative special education team while helping students strengthen their communication skills and reach their full potential.

Assigned based on experience and district needs Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide direct therapy services Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable) Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for communication supports Support students with a variety of speech, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility to obtain one ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply if applicable) Previous school-based experience is a plus Benefits Competitive weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match CEU and licensure reimbursement Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment If you're passionate about helping students build the communication skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond, we'd love to hear from you.
