Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a speech-language pathologist. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP licensure and relevant certifications Previous experience with school-based therapy or working with elementary-aged children is highly valued Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and individualized program implementation Excellent communication abilities for interacting with students, families, and staff Adept at fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within an elementary school context Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills using evidence-based assessment tools Design and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to data-driven decisions Employ creative strategies and interventions to engage young learners Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families to support students' speech-language goals
Position Details:
Contract position beginning October 14, 2026, and concluding May 26, 2027 One SLP opening; 37.5 hours per week
Schedule:
