License and Illinois PEL About the Opportunity A welcoming elementary school in Wauconda, IL is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with elementary-aged students and wants to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting. Position Overview The SLP will provide speech and language services to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, collaborating with teachers, families, and other members of the school team to support students' communication and educational success. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to K-5 students Develop and implement individualized IEP goals Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Communicate with families regarding student needs and progress Support students in developing functional communication skills Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current
IDFPR SLP
