What You'll Need:

Active IL Speech Language Pathologist license (required) Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) School-based SLP experience, particularly with elementary and middle school-aged students Commitment to onsite, in-person work (virtual/Voco not permitted) Strong communication and organizational skills

Your Core Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech/language services to students in elementary and middle school settings Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, educational leadership, and families Document progress, maintain records, and contribute to student success
