Qualifications:

Active Illinois SLP license (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school populations, preferred Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours/week) Quick adaptability, strong communication skills, and a student-centered mindset

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in elementary and middle school Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed Communicate regularly with families, staff, and administrators Ensure documentation meets school and legal requirements
