Speech Language Pathologist in Zion, IL ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Zion, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $36.40 - $66.40 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Career development plan Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll use your expertise to foster growth and help students achieve their academic goals. This rewarding contract opportunity offers you the chance to work in-person, collaborating closely with educators and families throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Valid Illinois SLP license, or ability to obtain prior to start date Experience working with school-aged students preferred Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to providing services fully on-site
Role Highlights:
Deliver speech and language therapy to assigned caseload, following IEPs and state guidelines Assess, screen, and diagnose speech-language disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document progress and maintain accurate records Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Provide support and education to teachers and families regarding communication strategies Engage in ongoing professional development activities
