Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students through contract-based speech-language pathology services. You'll work with a dynamic educational team dedicated to empowering young learners to reach their fullest communication potential. This role focuses on delivering assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring—all critical to student success in an elementary school setting. Teletherapy options may be available in addition to on-site services. What sets you up for success: Active SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience or strong interest in the school setting, specifically with elementary-aged students Familiarity with IEPs, progress evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and other professionals Comfort with technology platforms for teletherapy, if applicable Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements Key responsibilities you'll handle: Conduct speech-language evaluations to determine students' needs Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy, both individually and in groups, in-person or via teletherapy Track and report student progress, maintaining accurate records Participate in IEP meetings, working closely with special education teams and families Communicate strategies and progress with school staff and parents Adapt interventions to best support diverse learners and evolving caseloads Take the next step in your career by making a positive, lasting impact on elementary students' lives.
