Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain one CCC-SLP credential or qualifying CFY status accepted Prior experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals Maintain accurate records and document student progress Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
