What You'll Do:
Perform detailed evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Design and deliver customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals Accurately monitor and document progress for each student Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and a supportive multidisciplinary team Engage families as partners throughout the therapy process
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations a plus Outstanding communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and within a team setting
