Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued Proficiency in evaluating and treating a diverse range of communication disorders Comfortable developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Effective communicator with students, educators, and families Strong organizational and documentation skillsRole Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Create tailored treatment plans to address individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input for educational planning Maintain thorough, timely records of assessments, interventions, and progress Provide resources and strategies to educators for classroom integration Support students' academic and social growth through targeted therapyPerks and Advantages:
